The Lyra Project is a collective grouping of all UFO sightings in Ireland to find patterns and similarities between cases.
For so long now individual groups and organisations have done their own investigations with some joint investigation as well, we want to try and get all individuals and groups to collaborate together, this is where the Lyra Project comes in.

How it works:
The Lyra Project is an online database driven application which will be available 24 hours a day for free to UFO investigators and UFO groups in Ireland, a user logs in, enters the details of the incident and its given a unique case number, the user can come back and update or edit the sighting/incident details anytime if new information comes to light.
What about privacy?
All data is encrypted to a very high industry standard due to the sensitivity of the data.
How can i get involved?
You need to be a verifiable UFO/Paranormal investigator or UFO/Paranormal organisation/group within Ireland. If you are interested in getting involved in the Lyra Project then send your name, organisation(if applicable) and contact details to lyraproject[at]ufoi.org
Through this project we hope to be able to better class UFO sightings/incidents in Ireland as genuine or fake and to get a better over all picture of the UFO phenomena within Ireland.
